Raouf Leeraar is the Policy Director at the Israel Allies Foundation (IAF) Europe. This organization empowers politicians across Europe to stand up for Israel in their parliaments and combat antisemitism. Prior to this role, he served for over four years as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces and earned his Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies with honors from the University of Groningen. Raouf conducts training sessions throughout the Netherlands for Jewish communities as a Policy Advisor on Israel and the Middle East for CIDI, representing the Anti-Defamation League, an American-Jewish organization that has been fighting against antisemitism for over 100 years.
